The phone screen with the recruiter was basic, covering my experience, what I am looking for, and so on.

The first interview with the Amazon team focused on my background, what I find interesting, the type of work I am looking for, and more. There was a heavy focus on the Amazon principles.

The second interview with the team was essentially a design problem to work through, relevant to the role.

The first interview placed heavy emphasis on Amazon's leadership principles, asking for examples from previous roles.

The second interview presented a design problem, designed to assess my ability to think on my feet and showcase my experience.
