The process began with a 90-minute technical test, followed by six hours of interviews.
These interviews comprised:
- Three technical interviews
- Two focused on leadership and work style.
It was noted that all the interviews asked the same questions, which made it challenging to provide unique answers. The process also appeared disorganized between interviewers.
Two interviewers made a good impression, but one clearly disliked me from the start.
