Process
One online assessment, followed by five 1-hour interviews.
No direct algorithm questions in any rounds. None!
All rounds included some technical components. Coding questions were open-ended, requiring me to write some code, but there were no instances where I had to compile it or pass tests.
The recruiters were particularly poor. They failed to adhere to the schedule I provided for my availability. Worse, they seemed unaware of the conflicts with my availability. There was no acknowledgement when I requested changes. Ultimately, I attended the interview at its originally scheduled time, which required significant adjustments on my end.

If you can manage to find your way into the inner circle of one of these cliques, you'll survive. Otherwise, it's a hard life every day. Overall, it's not worth wasting your career over this culture.
