The interview process began with a phone interview, followed by an on-site assessment. This on-site portion included a few rounds of coding, design, and behavioral interviews. There was also a candid chat to discuss company culture and support.

For some reason, I didn’t feel completely comfortable with some of the interviewers and was surprised the result was positive. However, all the people were good and surprisingly nicer and friendlier than I had imagined.
