Pros: High salary, good tech environment.

Cons: Poor work-life balance. I feel very depressed.

Pros: - Work on challenging problems which have complexities in addition to just scale. - The work and people help to develop a sense of leadership and ownership.

Cons: Stakeholder management becomes everybody's concern, and project intakes and timelines end up being dependent too much on other teams.

Pros: 1. Many opportunities to grow. If you are not interested in the project or looking for more challenges, you can change teams quite simply. 2. Large opportunities to learn new technologies like ML, as your AWS account is 'free'. It's very friendly to help you working on ML algorithms. 3. Coworkers are very efficient. It will never come to you that you need to wait for someone's answer for 1-2 days; they always respond quickly.

Cons: 1. You need to learn quickly and make a quick decision about what's important and what's not important in your work. Otherwise, you will either need to work late or miss some deadlines for important things. 2. Everyone needs to be integrated into the on-call process, which means that you can be woken up in the middle of the night, and it's your job. 3. Coworkers are very object-oriented. If helping you is not their job or has less relationship with them, they can provide you with very unclear answers.
