Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Vancouver, British Columbia
Process
First is an online assessment with a LeetCode medium question and an Amazon work process simulation around system design.
Second round was an HR round, which I passed as well.
It was supposed to be an on-site hiring event (loop interview) in Tokyo around September-October 2025, but the process suddenly got frozen (I believe because of layoffs that started at Amazon later).
I was told maybe the best case is they will continue in the first quarter of 2026.
Questions
I do not remember clearly. It was just LeetCode medium and a system design work simulator where emails would come to your inbox. You were given choices and had to go with the best route in the given scenario.
