  • Step 2: Completed an odd mock-email/collaboration test.
  • Step 3: Filled out the technical test.
  • Step 4: Skipped the phone screen and scheduled a virtual on-site loop.
  • Step 5: Prepared extensively for LP/stories, then had the virtual on-site loop. This mostly aligned with discussions here, with some technical questions and mostly behavioral questions related to the LPs.
  • Step 6: The interview outcome was a downlevel from L6 (senior) to L5 (solutions architect).
