Software Developer Interview Experience - Bucharest, Romania
Process
I recently interviewed for a software developer role at Amazon. While I had high expectations, the experience unfortunately fell short.
The interviewer's approach was not what I anticipated from a company of Amazon's reputation. The questions asked were overly technical and seemed disconnected from the practical aspects of the role, making it challenging to showcase relevant skills.
Moreover, the interviewer's demeanor was off-putting. They came across as rude.
