Pros: - Phenomenal hands-on learning experience.
- Get to work on a "real" project. The project has actual team impact and use. You get to feel like the work you are doing is really contributing to the team, and it is very motivating.
- Amazing compensation.
- Get to work with exceptional people.
Cons: - Lot to learn in a short period of time depending on the project.
- Big feeling of drinking from the fire hose, so to speak (not necessarily a con).
- Can feel very stressful at times.
- Found myself working long hours to stay caught up sometimes.
