Process
The whole process took three months and involved multiple interviews. It wasn't really focused on the technical side, but more on HR aspects. I was declined in the end and was honestly pissed, because I felt like I had wasted my time.

Pros: Lots of experts, nice campus, good internal tech, access to AWS teams.
Cons: Once your RSUs start to vest after many years of hard work, you become a target. You probably will never be allowed to vest.
Foreign managers spend all their time trying to get visas for their friends back home instead of doing their job working for your team.
Secret feedback and stack ranking.
Raises max out at 2.5%, which is COLA and requires an 'exceeds' performance review. Normal is 0-1%.
Corrupt hiring and review process, sort of like Hunger Games/Tinder. Don't be old, fat, or ugly.
