Pays well, treats employees poorly
Software Developer • Current Employee

Pros: It pays really well. FAANG companies get you name recognition and good experience. My team is really good to me.
Cons: Constantly screwing with employees, taking away lots of our benefits. Enforcing RTO at 3 days per week, but also overfilling the office and not assigning seating, leaving me constantly looking for random places to sit.
