I received an invitation to complete Amazon’s Online Assessment I, which involved two coding challenges. This was followed by Online Assessment II, which focused on behavioral questions and a role-specific case study.

Approximately a month later, I was invited to the on-site interview, which consisted of three rounds:

• The first assessed behavioral competencies aligned with Amazon’s Leadership Principles.
• The second focused on technical problem-solving.
• The final round combined both technical and behavioral evaluation.

I believe all the questions were equally important, so it’s difficult to single out one as the most significant.

The technical questions focused on data structures and algorithms, while the behavioral questions were centered around Amazon’s Leadership Principles.
