Process
I applied online and received an online assessment that needs to be completed within 7 days.
The OA takes a total of about 2.5 hours:
- 90 minutes for coding, consisting of two questions.
- The first is an algorithm coding problem, and the second is a practical debugging task, involving both frontend and backend components with API POST and DELETE calls.
Once you locate the backend POST API, you can find the place to work on it, while the DELETE API calls require more detailed fixes. I ran out of time on both questions.
In my opinion, the assessment seems to have been upgraded this year. The behavioral tests are not timed, so you can take a short break for water or restroom.

Pros: Your contribution is recognized if you do well. The salary is handsome for a job in India. It's a good company for hard workers.
Cons: Aggressive workload. On-call duties. The emphasis here is much more on the business impact of your work than the quality of work.

Pros: The scale and scope of work are large. There are many interesting problems to solve, from high-level business problems to low-level platform and infrastructure problems. There is something for every type of engineer. Moving from one team to another is easy. Stick with managers you know and trust.
Cons: Be wary of some teams and departments. The more public-facing they are, the worse the work-life balance.
Some departments have a bad culture, and it can be painful to work inside or alongside one of these departments.
