Pros: 1) Solid ramp-up process, most people are very helpful. 2) I was on the Lending team and had a great experience; I got help when needed and was included in all design/planning meetings. 3) Seattle is a great city, definitely one of my favorites.

Cons: 1. Not really a con, but as with most dev companies, there are a lot of proprietary systems, so ramp-up can be a bit painful. 2. Benefits are not as good as at Microsoft (in case you care).
