Cons: Managers are often under a lot of pressure in a number of ways that are ultimately detrimental to the working environment for ICs.
Incidentally, there is a very high turnover rate at the company.

Cons: - Long onboarding process, due to the large variety of internal tools that have to be gotten used to.
- Tough interview process, which required a lot of prep and practice.
