Applied online. A couple of weeks later, I received an email to complete an OA. The OA consisted of a half coding challenge (LeetCode style) and a half work style assessment.
A couple of weeks after that, I received an email requesting my availability for a final round of interviews the following week. The final round included three 1-hour interviews with SDE IIs. These interviews focused primarily on behavioral and OOP design questions, with one LeetCode-style challenge.
I received my offer letter four days later.
All of the interviewers were very nice and seemed enthusiastic to be there. Don't get too nervous; just be yourself and keep the conversation flowing.
Prep: For the coding sections, if you understand OOP principles and can complete the LeetCode Blind 75, you should be well-prepared. For the behavioral questions, write down a number of experiences from past employment, school, and other areas to draw upon.
