I took a personality work assessment on the Amazon job portal and passed. Following that, I received a coding test on HackerRank. The tests themselves weren't too difficult, but due to accessibility issues and time limits, I was unable to complete them to advance. I informed the recruiting team about improving the service and also suggested to Microsoft that they stop using these platforms to assess candidates. Instead, they should use real people or their own systems, as many people cheat to meet time limits, and honest candidates, especially students, get into trouble. This is definitely not the case for senior developers, as they have very good practices.
