Pros: You work together with some very smart people and have the ownership and freedom to drive your project. Tasks are fun because of the sheer scale that comes with every challenge. There is still a startup mentality embodied deeply into the company.
Cons: Frugality is core to the company. This means less free stuff like soft drinks, gym memberships, etc. It also means you have to justify time spent (for example, on an idea). But if you can, you get all the support you need.
