Pros: Great experience. Smart teammates. Great learning curve.

Cons: Moves very fast. Hectic as you grow.

Pros: Everything is so good here at Amazon.

Cons: Nothing as of now. Best place.

Pros: Amazon provides its employees with all the best resources required to be the best at their jobs. Surrounded by some of the best people in the field, from whom we will be able to learn a lot. There are standard mechanisms and tenets for every little thing that will guide you through any difficulty in the job. Truly an equal opportunity provider which follows a culture of inclusion. Employees are recognized for all their individual skills and given opportunities to improve upon them (e.g., leadership/managerial skills, writing, speaking, etc.). Wide range of opportunities to grow beyond what the work offers (e.g., volunteering opportunities, affinity groups, etc.). Great employee benefits, including WFH benefits.

Cons: The culture and work-life balance at Amazon can vary drastically between teams. Each team has its own management style.
