I applied online. The process took 2 months.

The process for interns is similar to what you get for full-time roles. You first get sent an Online Assessment containing LeetCode-like questions that you need to solve. Then, if you get a good enough score, a recruiter might get in touch with you to schedule your interviews.

When I did them (2025) it was just one for interns, I believe that now there are two. The interview is 60 minutes long and is split into parts:

• One where you need to solve LeetCode-like questions (medium difficulty)
• The other where you need to answer leadership principles questions, which may look like "tell me about a time where you had a disagreement in a project"
