Pros: The salary is the only good thing, but it doesn't compensate.

Cons: We've spent months not knowing if we're going to lose our jobs. It's a constant struggle and a real disgrace. They treat us like numbers. Apart from this, I was promised that I could work remotely, and because of that, I moved outside of Madrid. Well, now they're telling us that we'll have to return to the office three days a week.
