Pros: 1. Base Pay + RSU 2. Good Work (based on team) 3. Best for freshers to start their career, as the learning curve and pay are good.

Cons: 1. Management is toxic. 2. In Chennai, device-related orgs have so much favoritism and internal politics, with bias based on gender and racism. 3. They have a yearly URA quota, so they will target and put employees on a performance plan even within five months of joining the team. Some SDMs don't have technical knowledge of the project, but because of toxic management, employees get stuck with unfair performance improvement plans. 4. Good managers do exist, but at a very low percentage at Amazon.

Pros: Amazing work culture and very friendly people.

Cons: I did not find any cons during my stay at Amazon.

Pros: Learning Work-life balance Tech hub

Cons: Nothing to say about cons.
