I recently applied for an SDE position at Amazon and was excited to progress to a screening interview.

After the interview, I received a congratulatory email and was asked to provide my availability, which I promptly did.

Unfortunately, after multiple follow-ups with no response, I received an automated rejection email weeks later without any communication from the recruiters.

I understand the hiring process can be busy, but the lack of communication was disappointing, especially from a company like Amazon. This experience was not what I expected, and I hope Amazon can improve its candidate communication process in the future.
