Pros: Culture, Exploration Lots of real work to do. High development exposure. Company management process is well established.

Cons: Not all teams are great. One's gotta be lucky to get a great team. No real supervision by mentor or manager; found to be assigned to unsuitable projects. No attention given at the small level, say to interns, maybe due to high work pressure. There are scenarios of work-life balance issues. Communication issues: doubts weren't respected in my team. FTE conversion process was really illogical. Even though I did the best on my project compared to my teammate, he was taken and not me. Moreover, no feedback was given by the manager, even when asked.

Pros: I liked it. Very good experience.

Cons: Not much, but it is hard.

Pros: Nice place to work, good culture.

Cons: Work is uneven sometimes, but the remaining is good.
