I first had a coding challenge on HackerRank or a similar platform.
After that, I had a phone interview with another person where I solved a coding problem. They asked me questions about time complexity, how I could improve the code, and similar topics.
Following that, I proceeded to the onsite interviews, which consisted of four interviews on the same day. In all of them, I was asked about scenarios related to leadership principles. Two of them involved problems similar to LeetCode or HackerRank, one was a system design interview, and another was purely behavioral, if I recall correctly (I went through the process about a year ago).
After the onsite, I was told I didn't get the SDE II position. However, they offered me an SDE I position and mentioned that I would receive an offer at the start of the new year. When the new year began, I was informed that the position had been removed and they were no longer hiring.
Ya no recuerdo exactamente, pero era como si me pidieras: "Cuéntame una vez que tuviste un conflicto con un compañero de trabajo y cómo lo resolviste."
