I was approached by the recruiter on LinkedIn. There wasn't much small talk, we went straight to scheduling the first stage, which was a code assessment. In the email exchanges, there were several guides and instructions on what to expect. I don't remember exactly if there were 2 or 3 questions, and if the time was 60 or 90 minutes.

Code assessment (alone):

• Debug an application (with both back and front end) as to why an insertion is not working correctly.

Live coding:

• 1st question: Mathematical binary tree: How to arrive at the result of the calculation.
• 2nd question: Given the array, build the tree (the reverse of the 1st). Tree used: + / \
