- Contacted by technical recruiter regarding interest.
- Had correspondence with the technical recruiter.
- Was sent various coding and system design assessments.
- Scheduled final interview after passing assessments.
- Told by the recruiter before the final interview that I was not qualified for the role because I only had 2 years of experience instead of the required 3, and wasn't qualified for an SDE I position because I don't have a degree in CS, despite all of this being apparent on my LinkedIn and resume.
Overall, the interview process was easy but a big waste of my time.

Pros: The challenges are diverse and there is a huge range of professional development possibilities. The remuneration is above average.
Cons: The culture is a bit demanding, but it depends on the team and the project. With organization, it's possible to maintain a good personal/professional balance.
