Three online assessments followed by a 45-minute phone call.
Regarding online assessments:
- The first online assessment asks you to find logical bugs in Java code.
- The second assessment presents two LeetCode-like questions in your programming language of choice.
- The third assessment is a work simulator.
Regarding the 45-minute phone call:
- You will be asked two behavioral questions that you must answer using the STAR format and Amazon Leadership Principles.
- You will then answer another LeetCode-like question while explaining your reasoning to the interviewer.

Pros: Teams at Amazon have full autonomy, and as an intern, you also have full autonomy and are valued within your team. # Ownership
Compensation is also really great for this level. Bonuses are extremely valuable as well.
Cons: So many products and teams, so you may end up working on a niche product that wasn't in your expectations.
