Here's a quick breakdown of my interview process:
Round 1 - Online Assessment (OA): This consisted of coding problems, debugging exercises, and a work simulation designed to assess problem-solving skills and alignment with Amazon’s Leadership Principles.
Round 2 - Final Interviews (3 rounds, 1 hour each):
Interview 1: Focused on Leadership Principles (LP) – I was asked three LP questions with deep follow-ups.
Interview 2: A mix of two LP questions and one Leetcode Medium-level coding problem.
30-minute break
Interview 3: One LP question followed by a Leetcode Hard-level coding problem.
Both coding problems were from Amazon-tagged Leetcode questions from the last 30 days, and I successfully solved them along with all LP questions.
