I soon passed the first assessment round and received an interview email on July 17 for the SDE FTE role. My journey started with applying through Amazon Careers for the SDE FTE role. After a few days, I was invited to take the online assessment, which consisted of coding questions and other sections designed to evaluate problem-solving skills and coding efficiency.

One of the main things they asked was a problem involving bit manipulation.

Specifically, it was finding two numbers in an array that occur an odd number of times, while all others occur an even number of times. This really tested my understanding of XOR and how to isolate bits efficiently.
