I received an interview invitation for a new grad SDE role after an OA. I then had a three-round interview loop on a single day.
I did well in all three rounds but unfortunately, I haven't received an offer.
Round 1: This round was completely behavioral. The interviewer asked three questions, and I answered them in STAR format using my previous experiences.
Round 2: It was a mix of algorithms and behavioral questions. The first 30 minutes were dedicated to a technical question. The interviewer asked me to design a generic xmlNode class that would be adaptable and usable for creating any kind of XML document. It also needed a toString method implemented to print all XML nodes in a pretty-print format, including nesting and proper attributes for each tag. The last 30 minutes were behavioral. The interviewer asked two questions related to leadership principles, and I provided my answers in STAR format.
Round 3: This was completely a technical coding interview. The interviewer asked me two questions. The first question was LeetCode 703, "Kth Largest Element in a Stream," and the second was a Union-Find (Disjoint Sets) question.
