Software Development Engineer (SDE) Interview Experience
Process
Completed a two-stage OA. The first stage was the typical OA, with three LeetCode easy-medium questions. The second stage was a behavioral exam, basically checking how you relate to Amazon's Leadership Principles (LP).
Was invited to an onsite interview afterward.
I had a two-round remote onsite interview. Each round was structured similarly:
The first 15 minutes focused on Leadership Principles questions, and the last 45 minutes were technical.
For the first technical question, I was asked an OOP and LeetCode-style question (similar to 4Sum). The second technical question was a graph problem.
Questions
Given a matrix filled with 1's (Land) and 0's (water), determine how many paths we can take to reach the bottom-right of the matrix.
