Process
Two online assessments were administered.
The first assessment consisted of two coding questions, lasting 75 minutes. These were LeetCode Easy in difficulty, though the second question had an efficiency focus.
The second assessment was a workstyle simulation and personality test.
Following the assessments, there was a 45-minute online interview with an Amazonian. This included three behavioral questions and three very easy coding questions. My interviewer was very friendly, and I genuinely enjoyed my time with her.
