The process involved:
- One screener
- One online technical assessment
- One online workstyle assessment
(A final interview was also part of the process, but I did not advance that far.)
The screener was great, and the technical OA was great. The workstyle assessment, however, was a mess.
Questions
The screener was pretty relaxed, though they did ask one critical thinking problem. This was not difficult, just a preliminary "how do you solve problems" type of question.
The technical OA consisted of two LeetCode easy problems.
The workstyle assessment was inscrutable. Make sure you never select the option to schedule a meeting with a real human at the company. They hate that.
