Interview Process Timeline

• June 24: Applied for the position.
• June 26: Received the Online Assessment (OA).
• August 31: Received the invitation for the virtual onsite interview and was asked to provide 8 available dates.
• September 9–10: Completed the virtual onsite interviews.
• September 15: Received the offer.
• September 15: Accepted the offer.

Total timeline: About 12 weeks from application to offer.

Interview Experience

The virtual onsite consisted of four rounds.

Round 1 — DSA + Leadership Principles

• One Data Structures & Algorithms problem.
• Graph problem involving finding the shortest path using BFS.
• Leadership Principles (LP) questions were also included.

Round 2 — Leadership Principles + LLD

• Leadership Principles questions.
• Low-Level Design (LLD) question: design a log parser.
• Asked to implement a query method for the parsed log data.

Round 3 — Leadership Principles

• Primarily Leadership Principles questions.
• Approximately 40 minutes.

Round 4 — DSA + Leadership Principles

• Graph-based DSA problem involving finding the minimum number of moves to reach a target under certain movement constraints.
• Also included an AI-related question.
• Leadership Principles questions were included.

Result

Received the offer on September 15, six days after completing the interviews, and accepted it. Overall, the process from application to offer took roughly 12 weeks.
