Pros: I joined Amazon three months back.
I was recruited for an early grad position.
It has a competitive salary and benefits, similar to other major tech companies.
There's no dress code and it's a self-motivating environment.
The initial support from teammates for completing tasks is very good.
Cons: As an early grad with less experience, it is difficult to catch up with the work quickly compared to others. You will be assigned a task at the very beginning of the month, which becomes stressful to figure out the root cause and complete. This is exacerbated by the usage of tools for a task without any knowledge of them or any prior training session.
