For two years, I passed all Online Assessments but was still rejected twice. I never knew why I didn't move on to the phone interview phase. Recruiters were not very professional. The Online Assessment questions were also difficult to solve in a reasonable time. Unless you know the exact approach with the best time and space complexity, you will fail.
