Pros: The company bases its decisions on data. It cuts back on office politics and drama. The engineers who work here are brilliant, but friendly and eager to help out newbies. They care about the health and welfare of their employees.
Cons: The interview itself requires real commitment, including hours of prep work and an entire day for the interview itself (give or take, depending on travel).

Pros: Solid technology company that provides you with a multitude of challenging opportunities for your career. SLU campus is a great place to work at. Overall, my experience has been mostly positive.
Cons: Not enough perks.
No free food.
No bonuses.
Unless you get a promotion, yearly raises are minimal.
