Process

The recruiter reached out to me. After submitting my resume, I was given an assessment. I passed the assessment, but the recruiter said she could not guarantee an interview (which was a bit strange). Later on, after my resume was selected by the SDM, they scheduled my interview.

I had three rounds:

  • The first round consisted of all LP (Leadership Principles) questions.
  • The second round included one OOPS (Object-Oriented Programming) question and LP questions. The interviewer asked me everything based on my resume.
  • The third round involved one LeetCode problem, a very strange string problem, which I managed to brute force.

Overall, the interview scheduling was smooth, and the practice sessions were good, but the coding sessions didn't help much. The interviewers were somewhat rude and seemed uninterested in the conversations.
