One interviewer ended my interview 20 minutes earlier than expected, and he failed me. However, the other interviewer thought I did pretty well. So, they downgraded my level. I cannot understand how the interviewer reached the conclusion that I am not good enough for the role within only 40 minutes. If they can decide in 40 minutes, then why is the interview process designed for 60 minutes? It's unfair and ridiculous!
