Pros: - Really good onboarding program; lots of helpful documentation and materials to better understand the project and company culture in general.
- Great people to work with; everyone is very helpful and open for discussions.
- Opportunity to work on huge-scale projects.
- Genuine focus on the customer first; not cutting corners for short-term benefits, but instead trying to deeply understand the customer and their needs in order to provide as good a product as possible.
Cons: - Steep learning curve in some areas of the project.
- Sometimes difficult to make the right change in the codebase due to its size and complexity.
