Non-technical, aptitude-based, and kind of fun!
It involved lots of logic tests, games-based aptitude testing, and a focus on the Amazon Leadership Principles in the interview and presentation components.
The first couple of rounds were delivered online and asynchronously.
The final round was online in real time, with a panel of interviewers made up of current SDEs and managers from the team. No HR-only representatives were on the panel.
It included:

- A one-to-one interview
- A 15-minute presentation
