Pros: - Salary - Flexibility in working hours/location

Cons: Overworked (Slack expected to be open during weekends and project deliverables were often unrealistic). No communication with mentor (could rarely book time on his calendar). Bad workplace environment (a particular SDE 2 would often be called out during stand-up versus in a private discussion with the manager). It should be noted that my experience was extremely subjective (the project deadline for the team lined up with when my internship was ending, so that contributed to the difficulty in communication), but it should be noted.

Pros: Amazon provides a soothing working culture and also takes care of its employees' working lifestyle. Amazon pays its employees well.

Cons: You have to work for hours many times, and your sleep schedule gets disturbed when you are assigned to a project in a foreign country.

Pros: Great learning experience. Learned a lot of things in a small period of time.

Cons: I didn't find anything wrong, except there is less work-life balance.
