Pros: Everyone I met at AWS seemed genuinely positive, happy, and excited to tackle the challenges in their jobs, which created a fantastic work environment.
The relationships between teams and their managers were mutually respectful.
Cons: It was a high-pressure environment with a fairly high amount of ambiguity.
