Cons: CEO is forcing a return to the office whether it makes sense or not. Lots of good people are leaving. Communication from the top is terrible. I learn more from the news than internal channels. The company is generally employee-unfriendly. First-level managers are understanding, but at the GM level and above, you're just a replaceable cog. The company is in cost-reduction mode. Teams are getting shrunk and moved, and as a result, fewer people end up owning more. There's generally poor attention to quality, so there's tons of tech debt. Development is glacier-slow due to tech debt and heavy processes.

Pros: Good learning opportunity. Interesting and challenging engineering problems.
