It was a fair interview process with a mixture of questions from different aspects of software engineering. Topics included Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), System Design, and DSA again. The last DSA round was a bit tough.

Pros: Total compensation is of course very nice.
Colleagues are very high level; there's a lot to learn.
The product is very high quality (even the old parts).
Cons: Steep learning curve: few industry-standard technologies.
Chaos: During my time there was a lot of reprioritization and canceled projects.
Workload: During my first year, I did 50-60 hour work weeks regularly. If you have other things going on in life and you are not a savant, this will burn you out fast.
