4. Given a list of words, map all words (substrings) that can make up any word (string) within the list.

5. Roulette random weighted distribution: [1, 2, 4, 8] = total = 15. Weights = 8/15, 4/15, 2/15, 1/15. Write a random number generation based on the weights.
