The interviews themselves were quite pleasant, but the overall process of setting them up was quite bad. I was given three rounds in total. The first round, which was a coding round, was rescheduled three times and eventually never happened.

The remaining two rounds were both design rounds, one with a senior developer and one with a manager. Both went quite okay.

Then, nothing. No call with feedback, no email stating whether I was selected or not. Even with follow-ups from my side, there was absolutely no response.
