This was a pathetic experience, spanning more than two months.

I attended the first round (online assessment) on March 27th. There was no communication from HR, other than an email to complete the online test. After several emails, HR sent a message stating my result was inconclusive and that another round would be conducted, asking me to share my availability.

After sharing my availability, there was no update or reply from HR, despite numerous emails for over a month. Suddenly, on May 11th, I received an email for an onsite round scheduled for May 12th (the next day). There was no communication from HR via phone or email.

I attended the three onsite rounds over two weeks. All three rounds were canceled and rescheduled five times in total. On three occasions, after joining the meeting, the interviewer did not show up.

After completing the three rounds, I sent four to five emails to HR, but received no reply from any of the listed contact persons. I eventually had to reach out to HR on LinkedIn. After three weeks, she finally replied that I was not selected.

What kind of process is this? Is this even an interview?
