Two interviewers were polite; the other two were very critical and rude.
The system design question was super vague: "design a system where you can make posts and search for them."
I was given almost no time for technical questions after 30 minutes of behavioral questions in each interview, for a total of four 1-hour interviews.

Pros: The pay is high, I guess.
Cons: You will hate the job and yourself in short order. Management is incompetent and constantly changing. Priorities change on a whim and never include operational support. Interaction with other teams is constant fights because all teams have competing priorities with no proper multiteam planning mechanisms. The whole tech stack is a house of cards that is falling apart at the seams as we speak. The company culture will bring out the worst in both you and your teammates.

Pros: - FAANG pay (not the best though)
- Excellent tooling
- Potential to work on interesting things
Cons: - Keeps trying to pretend it's still a startup and managing like people are there for anything but the money.
- You probably won't work on interesting things.
- Difficult to get promoted and move up.
- Unless you consistently get top 5% reviews, your pay will quickly become peanuts.
- Typical clueless obsession with AI from upper management.
